Dont Know What to Do

This game is stylish, but I dont know what Im doing.

There are a lot of controls that you cant tell what they do, and there is no tutorial to explain what anything does. The first mission simply says "Eliminate all enemies within 15 turns" and then leaves you to figure things out. Which you wont do. Because you dont know how to play.
